Submission Guidelines

- All papers must be submitted electronically through the Microsoft CMT conference submission portal.
- Submissions must be in English and formatted according to the IEEE conference template.
- Authors are encouraged to submit full papers of up to 4 pages. Papers with up to 4 pages of main content (excluding references) have no overlength charge. If the main content extends to 5 pages, an overlength fee of ₹1000 ($15 for outside India) applies. For 6 pages of main content, the fee is ₹2000 ($30). The total paper length must not exceed 6 pages (including everything).
- Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable, and papers found violating ethical standards will be rejected.
