Submission Guidelines

    • All papers must be submitted electronically through the Microsoft CMT conference submission portal.
    • Submissions must be in English and formatted according to the IEEE conference template.
    • Authors are encouraged to submit full papers of up to 4 pages. However, a maximum of 2 additional pages is permitted, subject to an overlength fee of ₹1000 per extra page (or $15 per page for authors residing outside India). The total length of the paper must not exceed 6 pages under any circumstances.
    • Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable, and papers found violating ethical standards will be rejected.
